This is a great opportunity to manage an outstanding team, interact with senior leadership and use your creativity.  You will be leading the Advertising for this very important group to develop and launch campaigns that make the brand stand out.  

Lead creative inhouse and external agencies to develop the advertising plans and drafts.  Your team shapes the strategic plans and marketing strategies working with the internal product team, digital, social and corporate marketing.  

Work very closely with the agency partners to develop new advertising and tactics and media opportunities.  Analytics are important – oversee the tracking and analysis of the performance data to measure effectiveness – what is working?

 Strong partnership role with internal and external stakeholders.  Very visible with senior leadership.  

You are a storyteller and know how to communicate – back it up with a strategic framework, data, presentations, PowerPoint.  You know how to get up in front of senior leadership and promote your vision.  Gather and analyze data to gain insight into what is working and develop recommendations for optimizing marketing effectiveness.   

Manage the creation of online and offline marketing communications – advertising. 

 

Experience:

 

BS – MBA a plus.  Minimum of 7 years of marketing or brand with a big emphasis on digital.  Agency experience is very important – ideal is a mix of agency and client side.  

Management and leadership of a team of high performers – this is a strong mentorship role. 

Understanding of how digital media is purchased, managed and measured.  You have set KPI’s and have a track record of getting the most out of digital investments. 


Econometric modeling, multi-touch, programmatic that all drive results is a plus.
