Drive the revenue growth in multi-channel sectors:  increase the conversion rates, the average size orders, lifetime value while controlling customer acquisition costs.  Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong story and consistent brand voice.  

Manage the lead generation and the direct response for SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate and Social channels.   Optimize the resources to generate ROI and “good spend”. 

 

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years (approximate – it depends on what you have done) – retail marketing and strategy

-      Retail and e-commerce

-      Digital Marketing and executing on the digital plan

-      Leading digital initiatives with SEO, SEM, Social Media and Affiliate

-      Track record of leading teams, hiring is a plus

-      Metrics and analytic skills
