This role will be a big part of continued company growth and the long term profitability of the organization.  You will lead your team to deliver the very best value possible for their customers.  This customer success role includes on-boarding, adoption of the product, advocacy and retention of the product.  Also leading positive outcomes for renewals, sales leads and referrals.   

Measure and analyze the customer success activities.

Define and then optimize the customer lifecycle.

Lead and manage an absolutely outstanding customer success team.

Utilize technology to increase effectiveness and efficiency 

This role is both bonus and equity.

 

Experience

You have led complex customer facing organizations in the enterprise space – 1000+ employees and/or $1B sales

SAAS leadership

Strong analytical skills and able to demonstrate critical thinking.  Presentation and leadership at a senior level. 

Leader of customer success and the ability to impact revenue and growth – MUST have strong operations and/or customer success backgroundCustomer success leader with a recurring revenue business model

Prefer understanding of both sales and post sales

Experience managing both large and small customers is a plus.

Strong team leadership and management background – managing over 100 is a plus. 

Relocation is available for this role.
