    Analytics and Marketing Manager - Chicago - great location!

    We are partnered with a company that is growing and adding a leadership position to the team.  You will be leading the Data, Analytics and Marketing - you love data and how it relates to Marketing. 

    High transaction environment - analyze $$ advertising spend.  What are the analytics behind the data?  Manage the vendor and affiliate relationships.   There are several initiatives on the table, including rolling out a new website and also adding a product to the current portfolio in their niche.  

    You will be a big part of marketing strategy moving forward.   Provide tracked results and return on marketing investment.  

    Run the SEO and the Analytics with the assistance of external resources.  

    You will sit at the table with the leadership of the company to determine the best moves in Marketing.  What is the data telling us?

    Experience:

    Marketing Manager – Campaigns

    High growth in this fast paced organization has created a brand new and exciting role with high visibility.  You will develop, execute and manage the marketing campaigns, lead generation campaigns and the communications efforts for multiple business segments. 

    • Manage the construction and the launch of the global brand campaign.  Maximize the traffic and the conversion.  Develop the campaign marketing strategy and media phasing.  Collaborate with PR, interactive, and social media.
    • Manage and brief the creative agencies as the project lead.  Work together to develop high quality creative output for us in the campaigns.
    • Track and analyze the sales data, monitor the business trends and the preferences of the customer
    • Oversee the global go-to-market process for the brand campaign.  Global post-campaign analysis reporting on KPI’s
    • Manage and communicate with external vendors and partners to oversee the production and the distribution of marketing materials for sales team. 
    • Budget responsibilities and campaign deliverables.

    Experience:

    • 5+ years in digital marketing -  agency or in-house – combo is a plus
    • Track record of relationship building and communication with various levels of an organization.
    • Project Management skill set – multiple projects with goals and tasks
