    Director of Interactive Marketing - Chicago

    This organization is in high growth mode and due to promotion is hiring a Director of Interactive Marketing for their global sales and marketing team.  This is a high energy, team driven culture with a sharing of ideas and goals.  Here you will be leading the charge to develop, deploy and direct all the interactive marketing in consumer and the business development programs and services for all the brands around the world.  


    Manage and own the interactive marketing space and build the relationships while driving company profit.  The focus on revenue through performance based marketing programs while managing and developing the global interactive marketing communications, operations and the business strategies.  


    Affiliate program development, the implementation and ongoing management, strategy and budgets.  Large budget responsibility for both spend and revenue with ROI guidelines for search marketing and affiliate marketing programs and regional and global media accounts.  You will be directing the media placement, planning, execution and decisions for the regional brand performance funded by the brand delivery teams.  

    Lead the communications development, strategy, implementation and the ongoing educational ownership of all the interactive marketing programs.  Mobile marketing strategy is growing - you will lead the media strategy and promotions.  Managing the web content to support the interactive marketing strategies on all the internal website looking to your team for new ideas and placement


    Direct all the global search engine management with premium placement of the branded search terms - tactical and strategic value to the company.  Search strategy, tactics, planning, execution.  


    Manage the vendor relationships and monitor performance.  Monitor the performance data and modify all the processes as needed - new interactive marketing products and services for regional and global roll-outs.  


    Manage a great staff that is in place and hire/mentor as the group grows.  Work with the team to develop both the short and long term business strategies for the interactive marketing group.

    EXPERIENCE:


    Years of experience depends on the depth of hands on work in the interactive marketing space. (10 years)  Team management experience and complex projects work as it relates to e-commerce, internet or roles in the service industry.


    Project management skills - organized, planned and executed large scale projects from conception through implementation.  Affiliate, marketing and business management of intellectual properties rights management on the internet.  


    Success in driving the internet consumer (B2C) revenue growth with interactive marketing initiatives.

    You will be responsible for the websites and the interactive projects through every phase of development - you own the projects and maintain the highest of quality.  This will be delivering fast-paced and exciting deliverables working on inception through completion.  You will lead an internal team and selection of partner agencies.

    Sr. Digital Marketing Mgr - Chicago - relo possible

    Manage the overall site architecture, lead generation, web governance, SEO, acquisition site integration, paid search campaigns, analytics, metrics reporting and usability design.

    Work with the VP Marketing and VP Sales to incorporate the corporate identity and branding on the web site.  You will be collaborating with the product marketing and web development teams on the website redesign and the many web projects.


    Create, manage, develop and grow the PPC and search campaigns - global search budget, strategy, SEM agency and vendor relationships.  


    Manage and create the integrated go-to-market plans to communicate the company vision and the value proposition to sales, customers, analysts and the press.     EXPERIENCE:


    Approximately 8+ years of digital marketing including SEO and remarketing 


    Success building marketing programs


    SEM and/or performance based marketing is needed - agency work is a plus


    Managing a team of marketing web design pros


    Success and demonstration of the ability to manage large campaigns across multiple brands. 


    Innovation - understanding of how to leverage SEO, media and social networking


    Creation and presentation of campaign reports with ROI, the conversion rates and all necessary information with experience presenting to senior leadership


    Marketing optimization programs using data analytics and the metrics to drive the marketing programs.


    CRM - Salesforce is a plus.


    Google Analytics and/or Omniture - identify trends and experience interpreting data
