Marketing operations is critical here as the center of demand marketing - managing the systems and the processes that turn the leads into revenue. You will lead the efforts to monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives. How do they relate to the revenue objectives? Work cross-functionally to develop and also maintain the set of dashboards and reports.
You will be driving the marketing database strategy. Where are the gaps in data, contact acquisition strategy and database quality?
Marketing analytics and dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of the operations - campaign effectiveness, lead distribution, ROMI, and pipeline contribution.
Manage the list segmentation. Highly visible role as you meet with marketing and operations management to translate information and data into presentations. Establish the benchmarks and metrics, forecasting and projections.
Stages probability, marketing stages, campaign performance, database health, acquisition sources
Develop the landing pages, emails and forms to increase the lead generation. Strong leadership role to define, map and document key marketing operations processes/standards.

EXPERIENCE?
You have worked in a similar role (3 years) but are ready to take that next step up to expand your knowledge. You understand data mining, modeling and creating databases using SQL. Of course, Excel is a given!

- you love working the numbers and leveraging the data to drive significant business impact.
- SAAS environment is a plus!
