    VP Digital - San Francisco, Chicago or Charlotte

    This is a brand new and exciting role for the organization – you bring your experience from a “shake it up” company for a high impact, very visible, senior leadership opportunity to run this digital division.  Increase the digital enrollment, higher levels of engagement with the online and  mobile customers and greater satisfaction for the millions of current customers.  

    Manage and hire a team of experts in digital product to define the strategy and create a new platform.  Responsible for a multi-million dollar technology portfolio, determine  new investments, defining product requirements, user experience, design team and business leadership with their lean agile development process.  

    Extensive interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders working across the organization.  Run a stand alone business. 

    Compensation for this role is outstanding but determined by the expertise and experience of the individual.  Minimal travel. 


    Experience – 

    Track record of success with a high impact – change agent company.   Technology, start up with corporate experience in background,  high end consulting (example – Facebook, Uber, Airbnb, Microsoft, Bain, McKinsey etc.)

     Past experience in increasing the digital/mobile enrollment and engagement

     Strong digital product management background, with a proficiency in lean agile and waterfall project lifecycles

     Strategy consulting experience is a big plus – this is a strategic thinker role

     You know how to operate and navigate in a large organization


    Corporate Communications Director - Boston, MA

    Here’s your chance to put your creative storytelling  abilities to the test with a fast growth software technology company that has an established track record of success.  You are part of the senior leadership team reporting to the CEO with great visibility and impact.  Create powerful messaging and thought leadership content, execute corporate communications campaigns and serve as a spokesperson.  

    Manage high impact stories with news media, analysts and many other audiences.  Press releases, positive company and products coverage, media requests.  Lead analyst relations – “influence the influencers”.  Use your stories

    Drive the revenue growth in multi-channel sectors:  increase the conversion rates, the average size orders, lifetime value while controlling customer acquisition costs.  Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong story and consistent brand voice.  

    Manage the lead generation and the direct response for SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate and Social channels.   Optimize the resources to generate ROI and “good spend”.
