Head of ECommerce (remote)

Jump into this new and exciting role as a Director (Head) of E-Commerce developing the strategic growth plans for the online business. You have strong leadership skills, industry experience, and strong technical expertise in e-commerce.  

Build and execute the long-term growth strategy for the e-commerce group to drive revenue growth, customer experience, and increased market share.  

Move beyond the current approach with a new vision for growth and success.  

Identify new market opportunities.  

Oversee the operations of E-Commerce - e-commerce platforms, CRM, digital marketing, and content optimizations.  

Build and mentor the team - expansion of the team as needed.

Director Digital Marketing - Chicago

This is a fast paced and high growth online/e-commerce company with significant funding and a track record of sales growth. You will be responsible for the US digital marketing strategy and implementation with great visibility and move the needle! Responsibilities for E-the branded website advertising, paid/organic search, social, email, optimization delivering best in class customer experiences. Strategy, execution, analysis and on-going optimization of the company's digital program. 

Act as digital thought-leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the company 

Oversee digital planning process and strategy development - a roadmap for next 12 - 18 months

Lead social strategy, planning, and execution

Customer journey and mapping

Increase conversion rates

Content strategy

Develop email marketing capabilities and increase the effectiveness of campaigns

Analytics and measurement

Manage external agency relationships

Manage the lead generation and the direct response for SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate and Social channels.   Optimize the resources to generate ROI and “good spend”. 

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years (approximate – it depends on what you have done) – retail marketing and strategy
