    Director (or Manager) OTC - order to cash Operations - Chicago

    This is a very exciting time for this global company as they further establish their US presence. Sales continue to grow for this fast paced e-commerce organization and you will had the OTC operations in the US. Develop and implement best in class processes for a high volume consumer goods company. 

    Lead the framework and design for the OTC processes - order, fulfillment, billing, after-sales, collections and AR 

    Evaluate the current processes and then design and execute a best in class department. You will document improvements and the biggest wins to prepare for busy seasons. Make the process as efficient and seamless as possible.

    Build the strategy and planning. 

    Research, evaluate and implement new technologies - example - should we add to methods of payment now or in future? 

    As the company continues to grow determine staff that must be hired - train and mentor.

    Experience -

    Working in OTC operations role for a consumer goods and/ or e-commerce company 

    Understand of systems and automation 

    ERP experience - Netsuite is a plus, but not necessary 

    Salary will be determined by depth of experience!

    You understand  and  enjoy both high level strategy and in the trenches execution.   This is a fast paced and high accountability culture that is also fun and rewarding – it’s all about the customer experience.  This is not “corporate” – this is take an idea and run with it!  Define marketing strategy for the company and lead the execution in the retail and e-commerce space.  

    Drive the revenue growth in multi-channel sectors:  increase the conversion rates, the average size orders, lifetime value while controlling customer acquisition costs.  Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong story and consistent brand voice.  

    Manage the lead generation and the direct response for SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate and Social channels.   Optimize the resources to generate ROI and “good spend”. 



    Minimum of 5 years (approximate – it depends on what you have done) – retail marketing and strategy

    -      Digital Marketing and executing on the digital plan

    -      Leading digital initiatives with SEO, SEM, Social Media and Affiliate

    -      Track record of leading teams, hiring is a plus
